[COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PNEO mobile application and the website at humanperformancecenter.com (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly.
Account information you provide when you create a PNEO account or sign up for our waitlist, such as your name and email address.
Information you submit when you contact support, respond to a survey, or send us feedback.
Information collected automatically when you use PNEO.
Usage data such as which breathing protocols you start and complete, session length, streaks, and in-app navigation events. We use this to make the app work and to improve it.
Device information such as device model, operating system version, language, time zone, and crash logs.
Breathing practice data.
CO2 tolerance results and breathing practice history that you generate inside PNEO are stored on your device and, if you are signed in, in our secure cloud backend so your progress syncs across devices. PNEO does not connect to or exchange data with Apple Health or any other health platform.
Subscription and payment data.
If you subscribe to PNEO Pro, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your credit card or payment information. We receive limited subscription status data from Apple (for example, whether your subscription is active) so we can unlock Pro features for your account.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and improve PNEO and the website;
Personalize your experience (for example, suggesting protocols based on your history);
Communicate with you about the app, respond to support requests, and send service announcements;
Send you waitlist, launch, or product updates only if you opt in;
Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues;
Comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers that help us operate PNEO (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and email delivery providers). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal requirements, if we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order.
Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information is transferred.
With your consent, for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time.
4. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@humanperformancecenter.com.
Delete your account. You can request deletion of your PNEO account and associated data by emailing support@humanperformancecenter.com. We will complete the deletion within 30 days except where we are required to retain certain information by law.
Marketing emails. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will remove you from future marketing emails.
Analytics. You can opt out of in-app analytics in PNEO's Settings screen.
5. Children
PNEO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@humanperformancecenter.com and we will delete it.
6. Data retention and security
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
7. International users
PNEO is operated from the United States. If you use PNEO from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
