A full 50 minutes with Fred or Kele. Assessment, hands-on work, and a plan you can take home. In-person or virtual.

We don't process insurance claims directly. We're happy to provide an itemized receipt with the appropriate billing codes you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. A small fee applies for the time to prepare this documentation.

Cold Laser Therapy
Low-level laser light to reduce inflammation, speed tissue repair, and ease pain. Non-invasive, nothing to feel.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent
Gentle electrical frequencies tuned to specific tissues. Useful for persistent pain, nerve issues, and recovery.
Focused Shockwave Therapy
Zimmer DualWave FX focused shockwave for tendons, joints, and bone that have stopped healing. Booked as its own 30-minute treatment on Wednesdays, or added to a 50-minute session for $75 (one area). A second area is booked as its own shockwave treatment on another day.
