PRIVACY POLICY (PNEO APP)

Human Performance Center, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PNEO mobile application ("PNEO" or the "app"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the PNEO app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies specifically to the PNEO app. Our website is covered by a separate privacy policy.

1. THE SHORT VERSION

PNEO is built to keep your data on your device. You do not create an account or log in. Your breathing practice data stays on your phone. The only information that leaves your device is what Apple needs to process a subscription, so we can unlock PNEO Pro for you.

2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

When you use PNEO, the app stores the following locally on your device only:

  • Your CO2 tolerance test scores and history.

  • Your breathing session records and training program progress.

  • Your app preferences, such as theme and haptic settings.

This information is saved on your device and is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT DATA

PNEO is free to download. PNEO Pro is an optional paid subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your credit card or payment information.

To manage subscriptions and unlock Pro features, we use RevenueCat, a subscription management service. When you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat processes your App Store transaction information and a randomly generated app user identifier on our behalf, so the app can confirm whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat may also process limited device identifiers, product interaction, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, and secure this service. It does not receive your name, email, or breathing practice data.

4. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

To be clear, the PNEO app does not:

  • Require an account, login, or password.

  • Collect your name, email address, or contact information.

  • Show advertising or sell your data.

  • Track you across other companies' apps or websites.

  • Collect your location.

  • Connect to Apple Health or any other health platform.

5. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

The limited subscription information described above is used only to:

  • Provide and maintain PNEO Pro access.

  • Process and restore your purchases.

  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of subscriptions.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

6. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

We do not sell your personal information. We share the limited subscription information described above only with:

  • Apple, as part of processing your purchase.

  • RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, which is contractually bound to use it only to provide the service to us.

  • Legal authorities, if we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

  • Cancel or manage your subscription at any time in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.

  • Delete all of your on-device data at any time by deleting the PNEO app from your device.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Because PNEO keeps your practice data on your device and we hold only limited subscription records, you can exercise these rights by emailing support@humanperformancecenter.com.

8. CHILDREN

PNEO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@humanperformancecenter.com and we will delete it.

9. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain the limited subscription information we hold only as long as necessary to provide PNEO Pro and to meet legal and business obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect this information, but no system is perfectly secure.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

PNEO is operated from the United States. If you use PNEO from outside the United States, your subscription information may be processed in the United States.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
