Neurological Overload Assessment
A clinical self-assessment of nervous system load
How Full Is Your Glass?
Think of your nervous system as a glass. Just keeping you alive on any given day, regulating your heartbeat, digesting food, managing body temperature, processing everything coming through your senses, fills it about two-thirds of the way. You have roughly one-third left for everything else life throws at you.
Your body doesn't distinguish between types of stress. Physical, emotional, cognitive, chemical, environmental. It all goes into the same glass. When the total load exceeds what your nervous system can handle, something breaks down. A muscle spasm. Brain fog. Sleep that never feels like enough. An injury that won't heal. Chronic pain with no clear cause.
This assessment measures your neurological load across eight categories: physical tension and pain, emotional and psychological load, cognitive demand, chemical and toxin exposure, sleep and recovery, EMF and environmental factors, medical history, and protective practices that help drain the glass.
Answer every question honestly. There are no right or wrong answers. This is a snapshot of where your nervous system stands right now.
It was never out of nowhere. The load was building for weeks, months, sometimes years.
