Muscle & Longevity Assessment

How well is your body set up for the next 20 years?

Your Muscle Score

Last month we built the Neurological Overload Assessment to measure how full your glass is. This month we're measuring something different: how well your body is equipped to handle the next 20 years.

Skeletal muscle is the largest endocrine organ in your body. It regulates your metabolism, protects your bones, reduces inflammation, and sends protective signals to your brain. When you lose muscle, all of that declines. The medical term is sarcopenia, and it starts in your 30s whether you notice it or not.

This assessment looks at seven areas: your current training habits, functional strength, recovery and inflammation markers, metabolic indicators, nutritional support, mobility and movement quality, and lifestyle factors that accelerate or slow muscle loss.

It includes a 30-second chair stand test, an actual clinical screening tool for sarcopenia. You'll need a sturdy chair with no armrests and a timer (your phone works).

The assessment is 30 questions and takes about 5 minutes. Your results are completely private. Nothing is stored, saved, or sent to us. Everything runs in your browser. At the end, you'll have the option to email yourself a copy of your results. We still won't see them.

Take care of your muscles and they'll take care of you. We mean that literally.

Your body is adaptable. Muscle responds to training at any age. The research is clear on this. You don't have to reverse 20 years of decline in a week. You just have to start.
