COOL LASER THERAPY WITH THERALASE TLC 2000
Healing at the speed of light — FDA-cleared phototherapy for pain relief, tissue repair, and accelerated recovery.
WHAT IS COOL LASER THERAPY?
HPC uses the Theralase TLC 2000 — the only superpulsed laser system dual-cleared by the FDA and Health Canada for chronic pain conditions. It delivers light energy at precise wavelengths to stimulate cellular repair without heat, drugs, or surgery.
HOW LIGHT HEALS
The Theralase TLC 2000 utilizes dual-wavelength, superpulsed technology delivering 905nm and 660nm coherent light deep into tissue. This triggers a photochemical cascade — increasing ATP production, reducing inflammatory mediators, and accelerating cellular turnover. The superpulsed delivery means the laser penetrates deeper without generating heat, making it safe and effective for chronic and acute conditions alike.
WHAT COOL LASER TREATS
Knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle pain. Tendinitis, sprains, and chronic joint degeneration respond to targeted light therapy by reducing inflammation at the cellular level.
Peripheral neuropathy, sciatica, and nerve entrapment. Photobiomodulation supports nerve regeneration and reduces the inflammatory signals that drive chronic nerve pain.
Accelerates tissue repair after surgery or injury. Increases collagen production, improves blood flow to damaged tissue, and reduces scar formation.
BENEFITS OF THE TLC 2000
- 01 Non-invasive and painless. No heat, no needles, no downtime. Most patients feel nothing during treatment — just results after.
- 02 Deep tissue penetration. Superpulsed technology reaches 4+ inches into tissue, accessing joints and structures that surface-level treatments miss.
- 03 Clinically validated. Over 4,000 peer-reviewed studies support photobiomodulation for pain reduction, inflammation control, and tissue repair.
- 04 Complements manual therapy. We pair cold laser with IPAT sessions — reducing inflammation first so hands-on work and movement re-education can go further, faster.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We evaluate your condition, pain history, and movement to determine the optimal laser protocol and treatment sites.
The laser probe is applied directly to the skin. Sessions last 15–30 minutes depending on the area and condition. No sensation of heat.
Cold laser is woven into your broader IPAT session — paired with manual therapy and movement work for compounding results.
Most conditions respond within 5–15 sessions. We track your progress and adjust protocols as your tissue heals and function returns.
