Together, Kele and Fred, the founders previous life and work experiences have spanned a large spectrum of settings and clientele. Their experiences range from early childhood development to geriatric populations, spinal cord and neurological injuries, orthopedic sports injuries as well as elite and recreational athletes. Combining their backgrounds as well as their own physical injuries has been the driving force behind the creation of an efficient, effective and mindful approach towards fitness and well being.
